Week 6 Project B

Who is your audience?

Everyone inclusive.

When the work is seen on its own, and you are not there to back it up, what do you want people to think about when they look at your work?

‘oh, this makes me feel….’

How will people benefit from your work?

Looking at something interesting.

In a dream scenario, how would you like to financially benefit from this work? For example, would you like a gallery to sell it? A publication house to market it? An advertising agency to commission you? An illustration agency to represent you? You choose.

I am unsure, probably it would be an important piece of work which will be able to give me a chance in an interview for a job.

Select 3 references from the new References Database and explain why they made an impact on you.

Jenny Jokela:

What attracted me from this are the little gifts of her work on the opening page, short and amazing. But as I explored further, what I liked more were the vibrant colours and style especially the ones used in Homecoming Queen video. Her work looked so experimental as well, something that I am looking into exploring by doing in this project.

Jonni Philips

I loved his supercut of different animations created, how weird it was at times and how experimental it all was, not everything was made digitally, which made everything so much more interesting than the others.

Hanna Schrage or Schrace:

Her work is so abstract, which is something I am working to create for this project, the colours are so amazing as well, I am planning to look into her more as she has some 2D art too which might inspire me for better work in the future.
