Lin Trips week 4

This week started fairly well: I was finally able to find a style I liked for the comics pages.

As usual I started by planning roughly the story, this time it was about the one time I fell off the bed because I saw a spider on the wall right next to me.

This might not make sense to other people, but it really helps me visualize the story enough to create the rest of the layouts:

The 2nd and 3rd pictures are basically the same; I had asked my mum if they made sense and which one she [referred and she told me that she liked the 2nd but it didn’t make sense until I explained it to her, so I drew the 3rd layout to make it better.

This form of comic makes me more at ease, I like it much better and it is easier to understand. It took much less work than the previous ones and I was able to start another comic which I started drawing on paper.

I will keep this style from now on as I love it loo much, I also like the fact that it doesn’t take ages to make and it feel less forced.

Now that my hand is healed, there are no more obstacles and I will be able to work more efficiently from now on.
