Oxford Visit.

The day was brilliant to be honest, I’ve never been to Oxford, so it was a nice change of pace. The city is beautiful, and I am thinking of visiting it again.
We went to see the Pit Rivers Museum and the Museum of Natural History, which were both amazing and I took lots pf pictures; I believe some materials might be useful for my SIP, but I am not entirely sure. My friends and I took as many pictures as we could, so we had materials for the project we were given for the one-day trip. Afterwards, we rested, ate lunch and planned where to go next; I believe the next place we went to was the Ashmolean, to be honest I did not find here much of a difference between it and the V&A, as I spent a lot of time in that museum throughout college and some more while I was at Uni. It was not as breath-taking as the Pit Rivers Museum/Museum of Natural History. After that, we went to Oxford Covered Market which had some interesting murals, but I felt a bit uncomfortable in there, maybe because there were too many people. The next stop was the Bodleian Libraries, to get there we got lost but thanks to the GPS in my friend’s phone we got there and back to the first location to do some work before going back to Uni.
I only put here the pictures of outside the museums.
The project, if I understood right, was to create images of misplacement or a narrative of being lost. As I didn’t had time to create a full narrative I had to go for the images, these are the ones I done while sitting around in front of the museum:
I was not entirely happy with the ones I done so when I got home I made few of these by playing around with contrast, colours and other settings in Photoshop, I need to be honest I was not paying much attention on what I was doing, but for a good reason, when I personally get lost I am frenetically searching the way out not paying much attention of what I am actually doing so I wanted to put this quirk of mine in the work, when I feel lost I just do, and when I feel misplaced I do the same thing and keep to myself.
Here the images:
